Nikell's 6th Birthday

Nikell turned 6 in November, and she had a princess party! It turned out to be a lot of fun!

Washington Getaway!

We drove by the Seattle Temple on our way to the job site.

I went with Scott out to the coast of Washington for one of his jobs. This is the beautiful home we stayed in while we were there. It has beautiful views of the ocean and pine trees. There is a light house being built on this clients property. It was awesome! I hope to go back when the light house is finished!

We always go to Aunt Karen's and Uncle Trav's to carve pumpkins each Halloween. It has become a very fun tradition!

Justin's 16th Birthday

Justin turned 16 in October, and we were at Bear Lake. We celebrated it there, and here he is with his new cell phone. His old one was hanging by a thread. When we returned from our vacation, he had a big friend party! He is scheduled to get his drivers licence in November.

In July we took a trip to North Carolina to spend some time with Scott's brother Shad, and his sister Stacey, and their families. We took hundreds of pictures, and it was very hard to narrow it down to just a few. We had a great time, and Uncle Shad took the kids out on his boat everyday, several times a day! Justin and Alex had a blast wake boarding, and the girls loved being pulled around on the big tube. It was great getting to spend time with Scott's family! Shad has a beautiful home, and we had fun swimming in his pool, and making great memories with everyone! Thanks Shad and Shelley for a great time! Come to Utah and ski soon!

My sister Karen and I took the little kids to St. George, UT in April. Our brother Nathan lives down there. We spent a day hiking in Snow Canyon. It was a lot of fun!

2008 At a glance-

Justin received his Eagle Scout Award in March. His Eagle project was clearing the Bonneville Shoreline Trail in the Mountains above us. We were very proud of him!

My first post

Wow, I am moving up in the world of technology! I am hoping that this will be a good way to keep in touch with family and friends, as well as provide some great memories for my own family. Hopefully I will figure this out, and it will improve over time. Have fun!
